This course offers a basic knowledge of freediving and introductory skills such as relaxation of body and mind, finning techniques, duck dives and equalization.
This is a 3-day course open to those that are new to freediving, Develop relaxation, breathing, safety techniques in confined water through static and dynamic sessions.
The course is designed to further develop skills from previous levels. The new techniques that will be introduced are free-fall, Frenzel Equalizing, training tables, and the risk of water pressure.
