AIDA-1 COURSE

 PRICE: ₱7,000 | For Beginners and Non-swimmers 

This course offers a basic knowledge of freediving and introductory skills such as relaxation of body and mind, finning techniques, duck dives and equalization.

DURATION

  • The AIDA 1 session is a one day course scheduled to start from 8AM and end by 3PM.

PREREQUISITES

  • Non-swimmers are welcome

  • Must be at least 18 years old (16 years old with parental consent)
