Wave 1 begins your freediving journey, covering fundamental aspects like enhancing mental preparedness, relaxation during breath-holds, and trusting your body's abilities.

DURATION

The Wave 1 session is a 3 full day course scheduled to start from 8:30 AM and end by 4:30 PM.

Open Water requirements
CWTB & FIM 12-20m
CWTB Buddying 6-10m
